I want to use the special radioactive element to detect a lung or liver cancer
Sir...why dont u induce the transgene causing lung cancer...and create clones for better understanding and detection of da disease
But i dont have this transgene
Most probably...CCMB and CMC are working (hopefully) with the cell lines of mouse lung cancer cells.....
I sujjest u may contact them
Maybe there is a specific chemical that causes cancer of the lungs, such as induction of rat colorectal cancer with 1,2-dimethyl-hydrazine (DMH).
Exactly....if the carcinogen is known then the cancer can be induced!!!!!! But it would be more cheap and less difficult to work with the cell lines than induction of the carcinogen and looking after the rats for around two weeks time!!!
I'm trying to clone a ~900 bp gene which has a high GC ratio (about 75%) in E. coli. (Top10). The thing is, I'm not sure if the ratio of GC is a criteria in choosing the vector or rather, if...
