Dear Sudipta Bain, may be you should think using the vapor pressure or the volatilite of the solvent to analyse the Drying speed. May be if comparing the solubility parameters of both the polymer and the solvent will tell how intimate interactions exist between them, then you get an estimation how fast/slow will be the evaporation.
