Often regulation system act on mRNA expression level and have negative effect on protein translation such as repressor proteins, modulation of the activity of initiation factors, particularly eIF-2,…. Are there regulator system on protein level for over translation? What is positive post translation regulation of protein in human cell? Does one mRNA make one protein? After mRNA expression could protein over translate?
When mRNA expression has not different between control and test group, measure its protein amount is necessary????

Almost every biological circuit has multiple feedback mechanisms - both positive and negative.
