Our laboratory has calculated 146S antigen foot and mouth disease virus for development vaccine is 120 microgram/ml (120 ug/ml). One dose of vaccine is 15 ug of 146S antigen. What buffer can we dilute the antigen in (e.g in water or in PBS) before adding 50% oil.
