How do you make RIPA buffer without detergent in the lab?

I am trying to make mouse adipose tissue lysates and I want to first make homogenates using RIPA buffer without any detergent to avoid foam. As I am adding sodium deoxycholate, it’s precipitating into big chunks even after maintaining pH between 7.4 to 8 and temperature of 68 degrees and above. Do you all have any suggestions? Or should I use something else instead of RIPA buffer?
