Usually it is not standardized since there are many factors that affect the yield that cannot be controlled. For example two identical origins of replication can give different yields for similar sized plasmid depending on the insert. I would try the following: do a mini-prep from 5ml overnight culture (12-16hours) to get an estimate of how much you get per ml for that particular plasmid. Then do multiple maxi-preps based on that estimate + an additional one just to be sure. The volumes and OD for maxi-prep are in the handbook of whatever kit you buy (usually O.D of 2-3 in a volume of 250-500ml depending on the copy number), for high copy number plasmids you can achieve ~0.5mg or higher per one column, however, for lower copies you will need to do substantially more preps to get 1mg.

I would also note that growth time and innoculum size is likely not very relevant in the ranges you discuss. Normally you would expect your culture to reach saturation by 8 hours and if you grow to 12 or 16 hours there will not be very much difference. So your actual plasmid yield is probably much more a reflection of the kit used and your care and skill at preparing the DNA rather than the growth parameters (once you are past exponential growth and well into stationary phase for the culture).

I agree with the first answer. At best, you could approximate using the current batch of cells and the lot of the specific medium.
