You have to make an standard curve with known concentrations of your epitope (duplicate of each concentration) to calculate the concentration of your epitope in your experimental sample
If we have standard from ELISA kit, can we use polinomial order in excel until what point? example if R2 with linear equation still 0,96, but when we try in polinomial order 2 example 1400x2+140x-120 , R2 = 0,996 , can we use it? polinomial order 2?
