How do I standardize Bone Density with half the data calibrated with Attenuation Coefficients and half with Hounsfield Units?

Due to technical limitations and needing to use two different machines, I have bone mineral density data that has been calibrated with either attenuation coefficients or Hounsfield Units. Is there a way to convert the BMD data from one dataset to the other? In other words, can I go from AC to HU (or visa versa) without needed to remeasure everything?
