I am having trouble with my model deleting so many elements that should not be deleted. I have an 8-ply composite MAT_58 (Shell) and has an Automatic_One_Way_Surface_To_Surface_Tiebreak. The projectile to the parts uses a Surface_To_Surface contact and the projectile is solid with a Johnson_Cook MAT_015 (With an EOS Linear_Polynomial C1 as the bulk modulus (aluminum). I tried chaning the deletion criteria in the Control_shell (DELFR). The SLIMxx, TSIZE, ERODS, and SOFT in the composite material and I am still getting the same problem.
Has anyone else dealt with this problem when it comes to high strain, high velocity testing?
Also, I have 14 part, If I want to change a the same criteria for all the parts, is there a way to do that all at once? Or do I have to do it one-by-one?
