Out of convenience I want to keep my main buffer stock and reagents at aerobic conditions, seal a reaction mixture after combining the reagents, and add from a sealed O2-saturated buffer stock an amount to produce concentrations of O2 higher than normal ambient aerobic. For example, if I have buffer and reagents all at ~252uM O2 (what we consider room air) and want to get a final reaction mixture of 1.5mL at 600uM O2, how do I calculate how much of the saturated (1150uM is what we considered O2 saturated after bubbling) buffer to add?
