Best and easy way is to isolate hepatocytes from cancerous tissue is to use magnetic beads coated with Glutamyltranspeptidase. This the marker for hepatocyte isolation. The beads are available with DYNABEADS company.

Please check attached paper, it works out well. But little laborious.
