I have already used two concentrations, i,e:
1: Took 1mg ZnO NP in 1ml water
2: Took 1mg ZnO NP in 3ml water
After taking these two concentrations, properly dispersed NP using Ultrasonic sonicator, but I didn't get the desire peak,that mentioned in literature for ZnO NP 330nm to 360nm, instead I got 218nm peak after repeat many times. So please expert help what should I do, does its mean my NPs not synthesized properly, although the first step colour change is done very clearly after adding zinc acetate salt to plant extract.

Zinc oxide nanoparticles are insoluble in water and hence you won't get ZnO solution.Try using DMSO as solvent, you will get colloidal solution.
Respected madam@Jyoti Mayekar, as I used dH2O for plant extract preparation and for znO NPs synthesis, so now can I use DMSO for UV, means I didn't use DMSO previously in any step.
