What would be the labels for x-axis and y-axis. I had mesenchymal stem cells from 6 different donors treated with salmonella (high conc, low conc. and control)
Hi. It would be best if you try the XY format datasheet. In the X column, enter the time points. The data, usually the ODs, should be placed in rows. Then, use [Inhibitor] vs. response for nonline fit. In figures, the X will be the Concentration and the Y will be cell viability.
The x-axis should labeled as the concentration of the inhibitor while on y-axis it should be shown the cell viability (% relative to control non-treated cells).
