I am trying to measure TGF-B levels in lung homogenates using ELISA. How do I normalize the results to lung homogenate total protein concentration determined with the BCA protein assay?

We do metabolomics here and we usually report the results as pico gram TGF-B per ug protein, or pico mole TGF-B per mg protein.......etc

Run each sample in the tgfb elisa and
the protein assay. Divide the result for tgfb (in pg/ml) by the protein result for the same sample in (ug/ml) which can be done in an Excel spreadsheet. This number is tgfb corrected for total protein and the units are in pg/ug.
