Hi, I am doing simple 3d circular cylinder in fluent. I get Cl and Cd is zero, Some one suggest me to change force vector,I am getting results,But in some analysis are monitoring X=1,Y=1,Z=1 in drag monitors.Please explain or suggest some tutorial,Looking forward.

There is no need to simulate in 3D. In the case which you explained, it's better to model your simulation in 2D . You could use below link and attached file as a tutorial to simulate a cylinder in a steady flow or unsteady.
( note that : for calculating Drag or Lift you should go to Report. for drag put options on forces and x=1 and y=0 if the x direction is same as your velocity inlet direction. put x=0 and y=1 for Lift. and if your velocity inlet is not in the x direction and has x and y components you should set x and y factor with their angles )

Thanks for replying @ Amir Javad Ahmadian Hosseini .. i have to import my 3D model to FSI so i want simulate 3D model. And i gave that velocity condition x direction on and drag monitors on x=1, Y=1 is lift force vector.

You can specify the direction in which you want to calculate the force by defining a vector.

A tuttial for external flow over a blunt body would be fine. About the forces you can use the same or other tutorials to learn how to define functions or expressions to find the lift and drag forces. They could be referred to as merely "forces" with no mention of lift or drag.
