How do I measure the concentration of miRNA?

We will study with SH-SY5Y cell lines in our project. We will isolate total RNA by using innuPREP RNA Mini Kit. We will use total RNA as starting material for cDNA synthesis. How can we measure miRNA concentration in the total RNA? What is the best technique to measure miRNA concentration, Thermo Scientific™ µDrop™ Plate (Thermo Scientific™ Multiskan™ GO Microplate Spectrophotometer), or Qubit RNA BR (Broad-Range) Assay Kit (Invitrogen Fluorometer Qubit 2.0)?

If you are going to deal with miRNA only then use miRNA specific kit for extraction . Spectrophotometer and qubit method measure everything including total RNA, miRNA, mRNA. Some researcher use total RNA to quantify miRNA
