I did a moderation analysis using SPSS and Process macro model 3, whereby the interaction between X Z W was not significant, but the interaction between X and Z was. I am confused in how to interpret this, could someone please help me get back a grip on this?

For a higher-level interaction such as XYZ to be significant, there would need to be an interaction between X and Z on the dependent variable, and in addition this effect would have to vary across the levels of Y, but your results indicate that this is not the case in your data.
Instead, you did find the XZ interaction, but it is the same effect across the levels of Y.
