What do you mean by saying additional term? Is it additional source term?

If it is, then you can write a UDF for source and attach it as a source in the momentum section(for x-, y- or z-).

You can use user-defined functions in Fluent (UDF) using two way, 1-Interpreted or 2-Compiled. It will be change depend on your case..

You can always used a User defined input function in ANSYS-FLUENT. Make sure to check the UDF pdf's available in google to get an idea, how to account for the extra term you are referring to..

you can use UDF for additional source term. however, if the additional term is a constant value, you can incorporate it directly from the cell zones list.

I don't understand exactly what equation you want tor repeal equations but, you can uncheck it from solution control list.

To add transport equation you have to use user defined scalar (UDS)
