How do I edit a gene manually after sequencing?
PCR mutagenesis or CRISPR
you can use this methods : CRISPR and PCR mutagenesis
Your question is a little vague. What do you mean when you said "edit"? Do you mean edit manually on paper, or perform a site-directed mutagenesis experiment? What do you expect to accomplish in "editing" your sequence?
