I have DNA samples (extracted by using Qiagen kiit), the 260/280 ratio is consistence 2.1.. for most of the samples. Can I proceed for the whole genome sequencing with these values?
Are you submitting it to a service provider? How does the spectra/curves look like? If you are submitting to a service provider they can take a look into your data and give you an answer.
Curve looks good to me. I notice the concentration (1950) is quiet high, is the elution volume super concentrated or did you use a lot of starting material/cells? Or perhaps these are amplicons? The service provider might ask for the A260/230/280 values, if not they will probably do with their own equipment and staff. An accredited lab should perform some level of basic QC before proceeding for downstream analysis, with something resource-intensive like Whole Genome Sequencing they also should QC the sample before proceeding. Have you reached out to the service provider and asked if that sample meets their acceptance criteria?
