Hello,
In Bruker Topspin program, using the integr3 command of the shapetool, I can calculate the the power level of a classical shaped pulse (e.g. Gauss) with information of
1. Duration of the shaped pulse
2. Duration of the 90 degree hard pulse
3. Total rotation I want to have (e.g. 180 degrees)
4. Power level of the hard pulse (no need to input since the resulting power level of shaped pulse is relative)
But, now I have an adiabatic pulse (e.g. smooth chirp) as the shaped pulse, I have to use the integradia command, which does not give me the option of choosing the total rotation (e.g. 180 degrees) I want. So how can I calculate the power level required to achieve 180 degree inversion?
Thanks,
Yun
