Hello.
Recently, I perform immunofluorescence in liver tissue to detect co-localization of LC3 and LAMP, which are both autophagy-specific molecules.
However, I can not find the differences between groups.
Moreover, even in the non-tagged (un-stained) liver tissue, I can see the same signal specially in red and green.
Someone said that liver tissue has auto-fluorescence properties. In this regard, how can I distinguish real-signal from non-specific (background) signal?
