Consider EPTFE film. You can coat this film on the glass，then hot-press it to make the film recrystalization.
We have had very good success using a combination of a material called Teflon AF in solution in both Fluorinert FC40 and Fluorinert FC75.

We did not need a vacuum to dry the coating, simple low temperature oven and patience. Our process was spray by ultrasonic atomization because the project was to only coat one side. You can dip coat substrates also, but it gets difficult to handle the substrates and difficult to control the "open" chemistry of the dip tank, not to mention the contamination to the tank.
