1. You put you sample in a beaker containing ethanol or propanol. Put this beaker in ultrasonication for some time. The nanowires detaches from the sample and skip to the solution. Use this solution to spin coat on a substrate in very high spin-rate. Then see by FESEM, the nanowires laying on the substrate alone. However by this technique you will get plenty of nanowires on the substrate with large gaps.

2. Find out any FESEM attached with FIB, nanoprobes are available nearby or not. Now a days many researchers uses FIB technology to cut single nanowires out of bunches.
