The main question i want to know is, is every intron have its own machinary yo be removed or machinary for intron control is some where upstream of the gene? Secondly, bioinformatic analyses for intron perdiction is how much authentic? Thirdly, havinb multiple introns a gene can potentialy make many proteins, which sequence decide the function of the gene to work for single or multiple proteins.. thanks gor your answers..

Well, i can think of three fates. (1) degradation by nuclear RNA surveillance machinery, (2) non-productive splicing of the retained intron followed by degradation in the cytoplasm via nonsense mediated decay (NMD) or (3) completion of intron excision to produce mature translatable mRNA.
