Crops such as coffee are sensitive to cold injury. When it occurs there is loss of quality and quantity. How can we accelarate recovery of cherries from injury when it occurs? High N? P? K?, Fungicides? Any practical solution?
Not much you can do I reckon, damage to berries is not reversible, except to make sure that when harvesting, damaged berries are separated from healthy ones so that no tainting of the latter occurs.
