We use current to check effect of switching frequency. Is there any other parameter whose effect can be used for studying while changing (increasing) switching frequency of inverter ?
Both of output voltage and current will be varied by changing switching frequency. If you have an output LC filter these parameters will be more highlighted during the change. On the other words, it is better to use an LC filter and select the inductor current and capacitor voltage as special variables.
If you have an induction machine as a load you can consider the torque and speed fluctuations to follow the switching frequency influence. According to the induction machine mathematical model, stator current has a direct relationship with the mechanical load. Therefore, torque fluctuations can represent the switching frequency effects directly. In addition, the due to the direct relationship of the torque and rotor speed, you can monitor the rotor speed and its behavior during machine operation.
