I am working on the production of skim milk powder using lab-scale spray dryer. While preparing the feed, the mixture leads to suspensions (6-200 µm) within 10 min and choking the nozzle after 5-10 min. I can't remove these suspension as they contain bioactive components and are indispensable in final product preparation. Kindly suggest me ways how can I dissolve/solubalize these suspensions in the milk so that it can be smoothly passed through the nozzle.
