I had polished my sample till 3000 grade manually then done diamond polishing by 3 micron, 1 micron and 1/4 micron (By Diamond paste and aerosol). After that I had done colloidal polishing by 0.04 and 0.02 micron. I am attaching an image during EBSD in which I get 0.05 CI.

Hi Mani Thakur, the preparation sequence looks good, but the sample is getting very attacked. I suggest making changes in preparation to avoid this selective attack. The C.I (get 0.05 CI) is really bad. Which phase are you using to index your sample? Do you have access to vibration polishing? Make the last preparation by vibration polishing.
We don't have facility of vibration polishing. We have only mechanical polishing facility.
Can you show us some patterns? CI is also sensitive to calibration.
EDIT: If you use both Al and Si for indexing Ci must be low becasue both phases fit equally well for Al and Si patterns.
