I am looking for a method to purify protein hydrolysates from impurities. I have used enzymes to hydrolyzed ultrasound pretreated oat protein. Initially, the protein content of isolates was about 85 %, but after enzymatic hydrolysis , the protein content of hyrolysates is less than 70%. I want to use oat hydrolysates/ mixture of peptides in cell line and animal studies. Hydrolysates are not pure enough, that's why the results in cell line experiments are not stable. So, it need to be purify, i am not sure , which kind of the column chromatography should use to get purified peptides.
