I am working on structure-activity relationship of oat protein derived peptides . The peptides sequence have poor water solubility, so i want to know which solvent is good to dissolve it, without interfere with activity
It was bone marrow cells, not an actual cell line.
I would recommend you to dissolve first your peptide in the DMSO and then add your buffer on top of it. Also you can try to lower the DMSO amount too, maybe 5% would be enough for you.
If DMSO is not sufficient to dissolve your hydrophobic peptide, Adjuvatis develops formulations of hydrophobic drugs and proteins by encapsulation in PLA nanoparticles. If interested, have a look on our website www.adjuvatis.com and contact me.
