Your material behavior is viscoelastic or hyperelastix because thermoplastics are polymer and material behavior of a polymer is visco or hyperelastic. choosing between the two behaviors depends on the temperature and strain rate of the working condition.

you must choose a constitutive equation for your material and then compute your equation parameters from the data that you attached. choosing between visco or hyperelastic depends on your material behavior. polymers in special conditions (high strain rate, temperatures higher than T_g) are hyperelastic and they generally are viscoelastic so it is better to choose a viscoelastic constitutive law that depends on temperature and then use prony series for defining your viscoelastic behavior in abaqus. you can enter creep or stress relaxation test data in abaqus if you can test your material.
