Thank you very much. My case is 3D study on wind flow around the high rise tower while experimental data such as velocity and dynamic pressure have been recorded using data logger installed on the various points directed in different heights of building in the windward side. The dimension of building are 100 meter Length (in Z direction) * 90 meter Height (in Y direction) * 60 meter Width (in X direction). the numerical domain is 5 times of height in upstream either for each side of domain and 20 times of height in downstream.

Since the effect of train at upstream is neglected, I'm sure it can't be very precise validation but I need to check the effect of wind profile however it's  impotent.

I will give you hint. Standard parabolic profile, say, has a form y=ax2+bx+c where a,b and c are constants. This is the case when bc is  2-D profile type. In case of 3-D parabola becomes paraboloid, which may have a form z=x2/a2+y2/b2

Try to get the equation which will make the surface profile (i.e. logarithmic in x-y plane but extended in z direction) . Hope you will be able to do by this.
