SRA is a repository and not a data type. You might want to learn some basics about data-types and related analysis before moving forward with analysis of data which can be hard if the volume is huge.

Thanks for your answer, but stevia plant is not present in the ensemble data base. the only data base is SRA of ncbi. I wanted to know how can i search for promoter region of genes in these SRAs.

I will assume that your sra data are from transceiptom. The only reason I would think that you are bringing transcriptomic data into this is to ascertain the level of transcription of your gene of interest. If this is not the case, then I do not really see why you need them to find a promoter for your gene.

Also, while the proximal promoters are usually upstream the transcription start site, it is not an easy task to select the region. However, there are several databases that store promoter sequences that can give you an idea. If the gene is conservef, theres a good chance promoter from arabidopsis might have been deposited for it. You may use this as your guide to identify the promoter for your plant.
