I have already checked plagiarism, related articles’ structures, and grammar, and they seem fine, but good impact factor journals that I have written my article based on their latest published articles are rejecting my article so fast without any obvious reason. Does anyone know what the problem might be?
Ethical concerns, formatting and linguistic issues are not the only reasons to think of as potential reasons for rejection, though they are critical. A High-impact factor journal seeks to publish articles that make influential contributions to the field, have significant novelty and generalizable results, and pose justifiable research questions and hypotheses. Also, consider your research method and if it aligns well with your data and data collection methods, consider your sample size and all features related to methodological aspects of the article. Before that, be sure your research topic lies within the scope and focus of the journal.

If, as you said, rejection was very quick, it must the editor who did it, often quite apologetically. I am going to add the fact that high impact factor journals seek contribution to and advancement of theory in the field. Also, editors look at the review of the literature to see whether the researcher has full command of the field. And, don't worry: you are not the first and the only one whose paper has been rejected. Take it with ease, and learn from the reasons or the comments sent to you.
The editor's appraisal of (your) article is most probably the reason, I reckon.

A special attention should be given also to the cohesiveness of the work, where linguistic elements of , particularly, semantic and style overlap.
Don't get disappointed. Keep going. Revise your work thoroughly ; perhaps you come across some of things you overlooked.
