I am studying the metabolites of a drug in the cells and their supernatants and for this, I seeded my cells in a 96 well plate with the treatment. Now I want to transfer the cells in Eppendorf to centrifuge it and take the supernatants+ lysate the cells to take their metabolites.
Does anyone have any idea about how to transfer the cells from a 96 well plate to an Eppendorf?

Depending of the cell line, it will be more or less easily performed, especially if you have non adherent cells. You will "just" to use sterile tips and transfer from your plate to the eppendorfs.
If you have cells which adhere to the plastic. You can first take the supernatant. It will simplify the composition of your sample for the metabolites study. Then, as for cell culture, you can use a small quantity of enzyme to take off your cells. Or may be you can only scratch the cells with your tips to not add a major enzymatic contaminant for your further analysis.
You can put trypsin in each well, let it act for about 5 minutes. Make circular movements with your hand and tap with your fingers. The same protocol that is used to "detach" cells when you want to expand.
The cells I am using are HepG2 cells which extremely gets attached to the wells and thank you for your answers
