I want to synthesize iron nanoparticles with heparin, but I have trouble synthesizing
First of all, do I have to use a freezer drying for drying of product and it is not impossible use from oven?
after synthesis I have to keep that in refrigerator?
next question: Does heparin interfere with drug loading and release?
I mean its effect on the maximum absorption and emission wavelength
I do not want use HPLC for detection of drug.

Heparin is highly charged glycosaminoglycan and a known anticoagulant. You can prepared insitu synthesis by co precipitation of iron salts in presence of heparin. Go through the paper Heparin -stabilized iron oxide for MR application by Ternent L.
The main aim of freeze drying (Lyophilization) is to get a neat powder like substance than oven drying also the oven drying can effect the structure and texture of nanoparticle also.
