First you have to do the following setting:

All programs> Ansys ...> Utilities> CAD Configuration Manager

Then tick the: Workbench and ANSYS geometry Interfaces

Then you have to tick Solidworks

Click the Next at bottom of page

Click at Configure selected CAD interfaces

Now you can import the Solidwork's file directly to Ansys workbench.
