You can remove fungus from mushrooms by purification with single spore culture method and using a suitable selective medium.

@ Sabiha, First, remove any mushrooms with gloves or a paper towel. Make a solution of fungus cleaner by mixing one part bleach to three parts warm water in a bucket or spray bottle. Apply the bleach solution to the affected area and leave to dry. Re-apply, and scrub with a brush or scouring sponge.
