How can I purify mouse IgA antibody, but still be able to use in cell culture afterwards?

I need to find a method of purifying mouse IgA antibodies from mouse serum and return the purified antibodies into cell culture. Several of the methods I have found use chemicals that are incompatible with use in cell culture. Any ideas?

You could use the methods that you have found, followed by a buffer exchange method (dialysis etc) to the desired buffer.
