I am going to publish my manuscript which is from my thesis in a good H-Index journal but I found them very expensive(I don't have financial support) based on the exchange currency of my country(Iran) is impossible for me to pay.
Do you have any suggestions for me?

Nastaran Esmaeilpour Zanjani, there are many very good journals that do not levy authors an article processing charge (APC) to publish in them. These journals are usually closed access (behind a paywall), but that is not a problem for many people, e.g., those whose universities pay a subscription fee. However, some open-access journals do not levy an APC.
Please also be aware that there are many good journals that don't have a high H index and, conversely, there are journals with quite a high H index that are happy to publish rubbish.
The most important thing is that your research is commendable, whichever journal you aim for.

You can also look for prescription journals in your field where you do not have to pay any publications fees compared to open access journals.

I've published some basic work in PeerJ. I found the review process rigorous and fair but also good for early stage research. I can't seem to find it on the main website but I remember them offering a waiver after my article was accepted if I didn't have access to funding. I think you should email the journal directly and I'm sure some good scientists will suggest some solutions.
Keep in mind that your work has to pass the review process. If you are an early career researcher, I would recommend publishing a preprint (free of cost). In that way you secure an official publication even if not yet peer reviewed. Your preprint will show you're active and allow you to claim the work is yours. You can then submit your work to a journal who agrees to waiver fees if your article gets accepted.
