How can I prepare the standard curve of Malonaldialdehyde (MDA) for TBARS assay by using the 96% Tetraethoxypropane (TEP)?

I have 96% TEP of 25ml, how can a prepare standard by serial dilution and which will be the final concentrations of standards? According to protocol (Buege & Aust, 1978), stock was diluted as 0.1 mL to 100ml, then that was diluted again as working solution as 1:2.96=TEP: DI water. The final volume is 2 ml before adding TBA/TCA.

To determine MDA, I usually use MDA assay kit having designed standard. With the manufacturer protocol I just adjust it through calibration with two different wavelengths.
