I have synthesized TiO2 nanoparticles in dry conditions. Now I want to evaluate its antimicrobial activities against (S. aureus and E. coli) using Kirby–Bauer method. I have used Muller-Hinton Medium for the bacteria culture. However, I am in a fix about how to prepare the antibiogram disk integrated with the synthesized TiO2 nanoparticles. Should I use any specific chemicals/nutrients with the TiO2 nanoparticles to form the antibiotic disks?

Better to go through published literature that evaluated TiO NPs before or similar nanocomposites.
You can also re-suspend a fine powder of your NPs in a deionized water and make two-fold serial dilutions. Blank discs can be bought from various companies such as HiMedia.
When preparing your dics, kindly, make sure you deliver equal volumes of NPs suspension to both sides of the disc. To avoid precipitation of NPs before aspiration (during discs preparation), put the NPs on a shaker or a sonicator. When discs are dry, use alcohol-flamed forceps to transfer disc to agar surface. It's also highly recommended to use a positive control disc (antibiotic with efficacy against tested bacteria) and a negative control (blank disc containing the same liquid used for suspending the NPs).
