In my laboratory, I have an analog centrifuge (does not show real RPM value). Its' brochure indicates the range is 300-3000 RPM. The regulator is marked from 1 to 10. Is there any way to determine the RPM in this model since it has no digital screen to show the RPM?

I am confused. A centrifuge separates particles of different sizes, shapes, and densities. It does not synthesize nanoparticles. So, what is the role of the centrifuge in your work? To remove extraneous larger material retaining the nanoparticles in suspension? Concentrating the nanoparticles into a lower layer?
Alan F Rawle My question was a bit ambiguous. Thanks for the suggestions. I want to concentrate the nanoparticles into a lower layer. That is why I need to know about the exact RPM value which I could not find in any review journals.
Asrafuzzaman Asrafuzzaman Does your centrifuge have a window? If it does you can measure the RPM with reflective tape, a laser and a photodiode. You can also buy a laser tachometer.

The rpm is only related to g (the acceleration due to gravity) by the length of the rotor arm. It's 'g' you need to input into the Stokes' Law equation. As Philipp Schreier states you can measure the rpm directly but I am unsure how this will help. You need to convert your meaured rpm into Relative Centrifugal Force (RCF) in g.
