Does any one know how to plot Kopcha graph and identify A & B. I could not find any answer for this. Want a quick reply.

A is the diffusional exponent, and B is the erosional constant. If A is much greater than B value, then the ratio of the exponent A/B will be high and the drug release will follow the diffusion mechanism; and if B value is higher than A value, then the ratio of the exponent A/B will be low, meaning that the dominant drug release mechanism is polymer erosion or relaxation mechanism. A= slope and B=intercept
