In my own opinion, you start with Abstract section, check if it matches the findings in the main manuscript.
Check the introduction for conformity with the main issues in the topic/title of the research and other related issues in the work.
Check the literature review section for possible thorough review of the literature regarding the issues and major findings both old and new ones. Also the empirical findings should be inclusive.
Check the methods used in the research whether generally appropriate and acceptable
Check the results section. Marry the findings with the stated results for conformity.
Check the conclusion and recommendations. Making sure that the recommendations stemmed out of the research findings and not from mere generalization.
Thank you for sharing this important question. Of course, the open review of articles is relevant as it promotes the validity of studies that have been conducted over the years while deepening their essence through detailed evaluative analysis. Due to its evaluative nature, the researcher must be keen to look at all the caveats of the work from its abstract through to its recommendations. The strengths of the paper must be highlighted and not just the loopholes in the work. For it to contribute to knowledge, the researcher must use the work to comb for new ideas that could heighten the essence of the research that has been openly reviewed. In all these, all submissions made by the researcher must be empirical, scholarly and rigorous as it is expected of scientific research. Best regards
Thanks for your valuable contributions I mean there is a feature in the search gate, which is make you able to choose an article or research and display it here in research gate (RG) for discussion and analysis it with the rest of the followers and colleagues. I did not mean that Either I can review or analyze an article or research alone or not.
