Anxiety - is fleeting , an anticipation of events or people who can agonize me by words . All I do is try and get out of such situation .

PS- I pick my battles that are worthy of my life !!!!!!!

Worry- Long term problems that are out of my control , will try to focus on something better for sure :)

Nope , not an illusion , real as real can be .
