Suggest a rotary evaporator, or centrifugal evaporator.
The normal vacuum levels in a lyophilizer will reduce the boiling points of these solvents to far below -55°C. For example, at 0.5mbar, then acetonitrile boils at -61°C and hexane boils at -68°C. Neither will freeze at these temperatures. Therefore you will not catch the solvent in the cold trap / condenser, and it will all go to the vacuum pump.
Use a rotary evaporator with a much higher vacuum level, or centrifugal evaporator.
