How can i import a IC engine modified piston geometry into ansys IC engine manager?

I am tyring to simulate IC engine cold flow simulation on a Diesel engine with modified piston.So i want to import my piston model into ic engine manager. My piston geometry is non symetrical. so how do i import the whole geometry into IC engine manager. Please help me with this problem
