How can I implement pinch and exergy-pinch on plant including water-ammonia as working fluid?

The challenge is that when the mixture evaporates and condensates, temperature variation isn't linear versus heat gain so the conventional pinch analysis is problematic to be used. Please introduce any software appropriate for the study.
